Classic Eyelash Extensions

The Classic technique creates light and natural looking lashes. Classics put emphasis on length and curl. For clients wishing to emphasise what they've already got, classic extensions are the perfect choice. The process involves using single eyelash extensions, which are curled and tapered to imitate natural lashes. An extension is adhered to each of your natural lashes, creating beautiful length and a fuller effect, whilst maintaining a natural wispy appearance.

How is this different to Volume lashes?
Classics use a 1:1 ratio (1 extension attached to each natural lash.) Whilst the volume technique involves applying multiple extensions to each of your own lashes. These are called fans and they can range from a 3D (3 extensions per fan.) Right up to an 8D (8 lashes in a single fan.) The multiple lash application, results in a fuller and heavier effect.

If it uses multiple extensions, how is this different to Volume lashes?
This technique is a combination of Classics and Volume. The lash technician will create fans using thinner extensions, then attach them to the natural lashes. The difference is that individual extensions, which are usually thicker are mixed in amongst the fans. This method creates a wonderfully textured appearance, more like natural lashes.

The Volume technique creates a dramatic effect with a more uniform, denser appearance. Volume Eyelash Extensions are all about fullness and glamour.
For clients wishing to ‘go big or go home’ the dramatic Volume technique (or Russian Volume as they’re often called) is the option for you. The process involves adhering fans, made from single eyelash extensions, to each natural eyelash. Each fan is skill-fully created by the technician during application and can be made from up to 8 extensions, depending on the effect you wish to achieve. Volume Eyelash Extensions are very popular as you can tailor how dramatic you want to go.

How is this different to Hybrid lashes?
Hybrid is a mix of Classic and Volume, giving volume but still with a wispy effect. Volume lashes are thick and dense, the uniform length of each extension means they look more like traditional strip lashes.
